Fuzzy Lab - How Artificial Neural Networks Can Help Medicine

Some researchers of the Saint Raphael Institute of Milan have
discovered a useful software for the analysis of proteins and very
significant in the diagnosis of some pathologies of the immune system.
The new program, known as FuzzyLab, concurs to obtain better results
and to pull down of 80% the times of examination, to all advantage of
the doctor but also of the patient. FuzzyLab is a software
neuro-fuzzy, it means that is based on a combination of neural
networks and fuzzy logic.

Washing Machines

The concept of fuzzy logic is a somewhat recent one. It has made its entry into all fields of science and has found its manner into technology too. a lot of household appliances make use of fuzzy logic to rationalize their functions. What then is all the "fuss" about? A brief peek into its development will reveal certain interesting developments that took place in philosophy, mathematics and history. The concept was adopted in science and later, in technology. Stated in very simple terms, the concept propounds that everything in the world cannot be conceived in "either-or" terms. Every element in nature contains it is very opposite. Hence nothing in the world can exist in terms of neat, binary categories like black/white, good/bad, male/female etc. The world then is full of contradictions. Well, from the field of logic, this concept soon found its manner in practical applications of science.

Nine years cycle

Super computers, weather prediction, fuzzy logic, valuation of events and the reality of randomness; what does it all mean? How far have we really come? Well we are done with El Nino and ready for LA Nina right? Not so fast. After all this El Nino was not inside the proper 9 year cycle right. Right, but why? Was it regarding to solar activity, solar flares, ionosphere thinning, Global Warming? Hmmm? This is very interesting my friends. We know that certain things can occur in any system, these "events occur" situations or known as by non-scholarly gentlemen like me "sh_t happens" type events can be figured into a program. These programs are quite powerful and take into consideration multiple trends simultaneously converging. Each event, each trend or event is then given a value number or probability rating and thus a lot of, a lot of points of your data set can be figured to give you the answer you seek?

Beyondlogic Focusing is a procedure for turning intuitions, hunches (such as those described in the book "Blink" by Malcolm Gladwell) or feelings into creative outcomes by accessing both the right and left brain processes at the same time. Focusing enables you to systematically generate reliable hunches by blending logic and data with intuition. Focusing is a whole brain process. We do this, literally, by paying attention to how we hold the "whole" of something in our bodies and we resonate between left brain symbolising and logic and right brain intuition and big picture. we are able to do this by ourselves but it works best when we have someone listen for us and reflect back the essence of what we are saying. What comes out of this process is a paradigm shift. You have all experienced paradigm shifts yourselves and seen them in the classroom; it usually comes with deeply expressive comment like:
